We treat the whole patient and that requires a whole team. That's why we have social workers, nutritionists, and genetics counselors active in your journey. Caregivers, families, and survivors all receive wrap-around support.

You have options for where to get your cancer care.You can visit the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center in Charlottesville. You can also access care in other locations throughout Central Virginia, including clinics in Fishersville, Culpeper and Pantops. Talk to your provider about finding care that's close to you.

Support for Mind, Body, & Spirit

You don't have to go it alone. Our palliative care experts can help you manage painfulside effects. Massage, yoga, and mindfulness programs attend to you as a whole person. We strive to make you and your caregivers ascomfortable and informed as possible with our cancer support services.

Cancer-Focused Urgent Care:Avoid the ER

We want to help you avoid unnecessary visits to the emergency department or hospital. Cancer patients can visit the Oncology Urgent Care Clinic with urgent or same-day medical care needs. Get evaluation, lab work, and treatment. Located in the Infusion Center at theEmily Couric Clinical Cancer Carebuilding.

Warm & Restful Spaces

A rooftop garden, windows full of light: We've designed the Emily Couric Cancer Care building to promote healing. The Infusion Center offers comfortable chairs andblanketsthat help you relax. And the Breast Care Center on Pantops has a spa-like atmosphere meant to calm and encourage.
