@Burger_313 @comcast is the only cable provider that is near us, but they refuse to come any further down our road than they are. And the only satellite option we have is @HughesNet (Many neighbors have tried it, and are not satisfied with it)

Any @Xfinity customer knows this, but just to make the rest of y'all aware: they are a **** worthless company. #CustomerService/#CustomerSupport/#CustomerExperience is worse than garbage. Their “techs” don’t know the most basic facts of how a network even works.GET IT TOGETHER.

@slyfield4real @Alerts_ST I'm not sure I've seen updates with the consistency you're suggesting. But Sound Transit gets points for automating something! I tried to do that years ago with Comcast - have outage alerts sent from the monitoring center. So it's a great idea & I hope Twitter works again

I just don't trust QB has patience and neither will Comcast when they buy WB. I just don't really have faith. And the dark murder **** gets old quick

@XfinitySupport @Xfinity App for iPad & iPhone has retained me as a 10+ year @Xfinity customer— enduring (almost monthly) rate increases. However, over the past 6 weeks, I seriously consider #unplugcable. Glitches dominate my experience, forcing me out the door.

Social media companies do have to answer to someone. They have upstream providers that can shut them down… who are they? Spectrum, comcast, att, Verizon, oh ya and the electric company. Not to mention icann. all of these companies have the ability to control and access all data…

I’ve seen enough NBA trade posturing to know Bob Iger is planning to buy out rest of Hulu and is going on TV to talk down Hulu to get a better deal with Comcast
