@comcastcares spent 1hr51min on the phone with someone who transferred me to Comcast Customer Care and I still have no solution to my issue I've been loyal to Xfinity for a long time I own my equipment my bill changed and I havent "Activated" my account since Dec2019! #NOTRIGHT

@comcast Also what you fail to realize is that I could be a potential customer in the future. I have the option to purchase my own service but based on this conversation I’ll most likely go @DIRECTV you aren’t very solution focused.

@comcast My apartment conplex in Detroit has always had an account and the free WiFi comes with our rent payment. I have had to use additional Xfinity service to finish school work due to our building internet not working for 30 days now. Mind you this is only per device.

@WingsFan_ @Migilini @WOWCare Yeah I have Wow because Comcast aggravated me when I was moving. An ordeal over equipment I didn’t ever have. The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.

My brother is married, with a 2 year old & another due in June. Worth over $160 BILLION, @comcast MUST do better. Also, if you don’t need internet for something business critical, STOP CALLING @Xfinity FOR HELP. You can read a book, do a puzzle, or ANYTHING else. #thisisnotadrill

Within a few minutes they'd found a loose interior cable, reattached it, and were on their way. I can't imagine I'd ever have received such proactive service with good old Comcast. 3/3

So Comcast Xfinity Xfinity is charging 1 month so one month I could pay $428 and then right after I pay that I get a message your service is going to get cut if you don't pay the same f****** amount well it's not even the next month yet that's why I let them cut it

@DamienBryan79 Stan would be the ideal option, Foxtel have had an occasional xfinity, but the racing was so poor imo, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it, there is just so little talent coming through at the moment.
