Women chefs are not well-represented, and I strongly believe in women empowerment. As a first-generation Latina, I advocate for women in the culinary industry and strive to uplift them."I enjoy having deep conversations with women and providing them with the best advice, training, and guidance they need to succeed. I believe in mentoring and cross-training to help women grow and build their confidence so they can take on leadership roles. As women, we already have experience leading our families daily, which means we have the potential to lead anything.
