and week 2 is my @Ask_Spectrum nightmare continues. How hard is it to mail a equipment. Obviously way too much to ask. love it when the first response is to blame a customer. Then read the notes and figure out it was your fault and not apologize. #smh

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Is it really corporate policy that all #NorthCarolina business internet customers must use 192.168.1.1/24 for their internal network addressing scheme? I’ve been told by several Spectrum employees today that this is a corporate decision. 🤔

@GetSpectrum I am so ready to dump Spectrum. Working from home I can't work with intermittent internet connectivity. Fix it!

@Ask_Spectrum So you can lie to me and tell me I have the lowest internet price when I know that's not true because my father pays less than I do? Then you'll tell me to call retention services. No, thank you. Hard pass. Time to do some investigation on other service providers in the area.

I can see why folk aren’t happy w @Ask_Spectrum I was on a live chat & they kicked me out of my log in mid convo to “check credentials” after raising bills & not telling folk about it. Paying more for base service for 100mb when they bumped it to 200mb & didn’t tell folk. Ok.
